Terms & Conditions

School Command Center (the "Service") is provided by Ashley Marie Judd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

You confirm that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement, or that you have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of the organisation you represent.

The Service

School Command Center lets a parent paste school emails, group posts, and photographs of paper notices, and uses artificial intelligence to extract dates, deadlines, and action items into a shared family schedule. The Service is offered on a monthly subscription with a free trial period, as described on our pricing page.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, including anyone you invite to your family workspace.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use it for any unlawful purpose, or for fraud or spam;
• upload content you do not have the right to upload, or that infringes anyone's rights;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning our systems, or scraping the Service;
• reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent any technical limits of the Service.

AI-generated output

• The Service uses AI to interpret the text and images you provide. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or mis-dated. You are responsible for reviewing extracted items before relying on them, and the review step exists for exactly that reason.
• Output is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice and should not be used as the sole record of any obligation.
• You are responsible for the content you submit, for having the rights to submit it, and for how you use the output.
• We may remove or restrict content and refuse or filter output where we reasonably believe it breaches these terms. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact us at support@familyschedulehub.com and we will investigate and remove infringing material. Repeat infringement will result in account termination.

Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the Service and all intellectual property in it, including the software, design, and branding. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your chosen plan. You keep ownership of the content you submit, and you grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely in order to provide the Service to you.

Payment, billing, and cancellation

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for how to request a refund.

Service level

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel at any time. When your access ends you may export your data as JSON from the app's settings screen before your subscription period ends; after that, we may delete it.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from the content you submit, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the seller resides, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control. We may update these terms, and material changes will be announced in the app.
