Every new Family Plan subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends at no cost.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the date of your order. No explanation needed.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one:

• visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or
• email us at support@familyschedulehub.com and we will arrange it for you.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show the credit.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from the Billing screen in the app, or through the customer portal at paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access to the Family Plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your saved schedule stays in your account.
